Shoulder Rehab Patents Relax with the Rotater
“Hi, Chris and Scott,
You introduced me to your Rotater at the FPTA Annual Meeting in Daytona a few weeks ago. I have been using it with several patients over the past two weeks and found it to be a wonderful adjunct to their shoulder stabilization programs.
It is like having an extra pair of hands: while the patient slowly and deliberately works his shoulder into the targeted range with the Rotater, I am able to use both of my hands to control the scapula so that we develop the correct “scapulo-humeral ratio” – eliminating elevating the shoulder and other undesirable substitution patterns.
Patients relax while they are stretching – the only safe, effective way to stretch and feel in control of their stretching, gaining as much as a 50% increase to functional range of motion in just two weeks – therapist, patients and families are pleased with the results – the orthopedists will be also when check-up time comes. Thank you for your great tool!”
