Here’s how .. take 2 dumbbells and press overhead. BUT, not directly overhead … press them at up and out at a 45 degree angle … approximately halfway between horizontal and vertical. Here’s what it looks like.
I just took a quick break and went down to my basement to give this a try … wow !! It really hits the shoulders hard … with much less weight … about 1/3 to 1/2 of what you’d normally use for overhead dumbbell presses.
