I do see a benefit with using the ROTATER. As a result of practicing chiropractic for almost 30 years I feel a need to stretch in such a way that I can counteract the repetitive use and position that my shoulders are in as a result of working on patients.
The ROTATER allows me to be very specific with doing shoulder stretches especially external rotation.
I use the ROTATER on a daily basis as part of my stretching regiment and look forward to gradually increasing the length of time that I hold each stretch.
