Frozen Shoulder Causes Intense Pain

“The ROTATER has been very helpful.
I began having some shoulder pain in January. During preliminary doctor’s visits, my husband suffered a mild heart attack which delayed me following up with my own pain. In late April, I was diagnosed with a right frozen shoulder and began therapy with Don Reagan at Mountain River PT in Chatham, VA. By this time, I could barely lift my right arm and was having intense shoulder/neck pain and stiffness (I am 56 years old).
Don has a couple of your ROTATER devices which he had me to use beginning on my second visit. One of his staff members videoed me on my iPhone doing the exercises so I could recall what I needed to do at home (this was a great help!). Don allowed me to “borrow” one of his ROTATERS throughout my month of therapy. He was very impressed with my progress and when it was time for me to return to my orthopaedic doctor he felt I could be released from further visits to him. He did suggest that I purchase one of the ROTATERS as my internal rotation was still tight.
I have noticed since receiving the ROTATER that I can reach behind my back a little further than I could after finishing my therapy.
One of the things that is great about the ROTATER is the convenience. During my therapy I would bring the device with me to work and take breaks and do some of the exercises. Also, during my month of therapy I had to travel out of town for a couple of weekends and I carried the ROTATER with me.
Sorry for such a lengthy reply, but the ROTATER has definitely been a great asset to me in my recovery!!”
