Dan Blewett, from Warbird Training Academy specializes in developing pitchers and has devised a great multi-joint rotator cuff strengthening exercise.

The Warbird pull apart involves, the all 4 rotator cuff muscles plus the serratus anterior on one side and the infraspinatus and teres minor on the other side.
