Thanks for stopping by.  I think way too many young pitchers place too much emphasis on bulking up to &quot;look&quot; strong.  You&#039;re absolutely right, they should be thinking a lot more about mobility.  Funny thing, some of the hardest throwing pitchers, I&#039;ve ever known weren&#039;t all that strong - at least in the conventional sense...but they had a lot of mobility.</description>

		<description>Great site and articles!  Many baseball pitchers try to be too bulky in the process of lifting weights.  That is fine as long as they their mobility/flexibility is good. However, too many pitchers who lift weights focus on their chest so they do too many pushing exercises and not enough pulling exercises.  Therefore they are unbalanced.  thanks for the sites useful information on the rotator cuff.</description>
