Powerful Testimonial from a Powerlifter
I recently received the following testimonial from powerlifter, Warren Moore.
“.. basically was doing my normal Max Effort bench work.. working up with 405lbs and on the 4th rep my right shoulder folded and the weight crashed on me..Could not move my arm for awile..
Rotator cuff had some major trauma.. no tear ( thank God)… Ordered the Rotater from you about a week later.. trained with it 3 times a week 20 minutes each session. Had some good mobility about 1 to 2 weeks later.. did alot of rear cuff work and ant cuff work.. just trying to get flexibility..about 3 weeks later .. I was back at the bench.. very light about 95lbs or so..
The Rotater is awesome.. really gave me the strength and (courage) to press on with my training.. Very easy to use and works!.. Im about 90% now..(its only been about 4 months) and no pain and my shoulder feels much stronger than it ever has.
Thanks again for a great product.. Take care Chris.. ”
Customer for life,

Got something to say?

Great site and articles! Many baseball pitchers try to be too bulky in the process of lifting weights. That is fine as long as they their mobility/flexibility is good. However, too many pitchers who lift weights focus on their chest so they do too many pushing exercises and not enough pulling exercises. Therefore they are unbalanced. thanks for the sites useful information on the rotator cuff.
Hey Dan,
Thanks for stopping by. I think way too many young pitchers place too much emphasis on bulking up to “look” strong. You’re absolutely right, they should be thinking a lot more about mobility. Funny thing, some of the hardest throwing pitchers, I’ve ever known weren’t all that strong – at least in the conventional sense…but they had a lot of mobility.
