I'm a 75 yr. old female tennis player, golfer, tap dancer, etc. etc. I have a slap teat and am avoiding surgery. I have just had my 2nd PRP and want some rehab exercises. I did lots of range of motion exercises after the first treatment and found out they were causing impingement. thanks

I am a 78y0 woman w/FULL THICKNESS ROTATOR CUFF TEAR, 2Y THIS COMING SUMMER. I understand that this reverse shoulder surgery is specically for 75years & older...
Is the rehab severe & even tho I do have a hgh threshold for pain, I am concerned about the pain afterwards.
Can you reassure me at all & is there someone in the Chicago area that you would reccomend. thankyou, Jean
