I’m a 75 yr. old female tennis player, golfer, tap dancer, etc. etc. I have a slap teat and am avoiding surgery. I have just had my 2nd PRP and want some rehab exercises. I did lots of range of motion exercises after the first treatment and found out they were causing impingement. thanks

Got something to say?
