Since we are not medical professionals, we cannot advise you as to what you should do.  The best thing would be to consult your physician and or physical therapist.  Many Rotater users download our printable exercise form or video and show them to their medical professional to get their feedback. 		<description>I had a shoulder replacement a year ago and doing pretty good,still doing rehab at home.Now my other shoulder not to good eather,its getting stiff, have arthritis.Now would the rotator be of any help for me?have trouble now getting in back of my head.might need a replacement on that shoulder too.please advice me.
