Trainer Jo Reviews the Rotater

Trainer Jo is on of of Las Vegas’ premier personal trainers, fitness expert and bikini / physique contest coach. Jo had shoulder surgery several months ago and has been going through shoulder rehab. We sent Jo a Rotater … here is a video she produced about her experience:

Anyway, to get on with the story…several months ago, Bob won a FREE Rotater on our Facebook Page. (YES!!! We give away FREE Rotaters …and the best way to win one is to Join Our Facebook Page). After winning Bob sent me a message. Basically he wanted to know if we’d send his Rotater to a friend who was having shoulder issues. We said “sure”.
Shoulder Abuse & Recovery
We sent that Rotater to Sara Fleming, a fitness trainer and USA Weightlifting coach. To make a long story shorter, Sara added the Rotater to her shoulder rehab / prehab program and wrote this article outlining her journey – Shoulder Abuse and Recovery. From the article:
