SwingingAlthough I’m middle-aged, I have very young children … yes, I’m blessed :)  One of the great things about young children is they never tire of running, jumping and playing.  It’s great motivation for me and I try to join in with whatever they’re doing … it’s great fun.

Here’s what I like about horizontal swinging:

  • it’s a full-body workout
  • it’s a great shoulder warm up
  • did I mention it’s fun !!
