Here’s a video I found while visiting Diesel Crew, a hard core, high intensity website dedicated to strength and muscle.  If this video doesn’t open your eyes to your potential, then you may want to call 911.

Quitting is easy and can become habit-forming.  Watch this short video I discovered on rosstraining.com blog.  Push yourself a little farther and you’ll gain an entirely different perspective, but don’t quit.
