		<description>I totally agree that a frozen shoulder takes a fairly long time to heal, however begin a physical therapist and having had a frozen shoulder myself, I learned some self mobilization techniques that made a huge difference my ROM. I taught these to my technician and now I&#039;m very glad I did! He would work with me beginning at 7:30 a.m.</description>
