This shoulder exercise requires no expensive equipment of any kind. It can be done anywhere – anytime and will increase your shoulder mobility and your external rotation.
How to perform this shoulder mobility exercise
- stand with your back against a wall
- place your hands, forearms and elbows against the wall as shown
- extend your hands and arms overhead
- when any part of your hands, elbows or arms lose contact with the wall, return to the starting position and repeat the movement
